Ten Things I love with the letter “w”
This is a little tag game that’s been going around the blogger friends. Miss Girasoli tagged me with the letter “w” and I found it quick and easy. All I had to do was think of 10 things I love that start with that letter. I thought of a few more but I set priorities. These are in no particular order.
W
1. Weekends–Doesn’t every working person love the weekends? especially when they are 3 or 4 days.
2. Warm—Love the warm weather. My ideal temperature is 75.
3. Wild flowers—Hiking and seeing wild flowers makes a great day. Once I took a hike in Montana and saw over 50 kinds of wild flowers in one day.
4. Wine—well, of course, I love wine tasting and wine drinking. Red and white are fine with me but I try to concentrate on California and Italy so I can keep my head straight.
5. Waves– I could sit by the ocean watching and listening to waves for lots of hours.
6. Walking—my favorite aerobic exercise is fun on the treadmill with a good TV show or out on the roads with friends. We have dirt roads so the walking is nice.
7. Water—if I’m not drinking wine or coffee, water is my beverage of choice. We have a well so we get great drinking water right from the tap.
8. “W” –the ex president I loved to hate. (I couldn’t resist)
9. West coast—I left my heart in San Francisco after living and loving in the Bay
for 10 years.
10. Weeping—I love a good hard cry once in a while.
Well, that was easy.
Nice one! I thought the letter W would be hard but you picked some good faves.
WOWWIEEE I am impressed!! I guess W was an easy letter. I don’t think I will ever be able to put Bush and love in the same sentence even if hate was added. I do love most of your other W’s. 🙂
All great “W”! My favorite temperature is 77 so I can relate!
Wow, Jan. I would have thought “W” would be a hard a letter, but you did well with it.
LOl about 8.
Jan, loved your list! “W” was a perfect letter for you!
I love your W list – what’s not to love about wine and the west coast – someday maybe we’ll meet for some of both, along with the waves at sunset. And a big (w)hoop for #8 too.
Jan, You sure made W sound like an easy letter to do. I am sure that I would have had a difficult time with it. I like your W list!
Great “W” list, Jan. Who wouldn’t enjoy a warm weekend of sitting next to the waters edge listening to the waves of the west coast as you sip your wine. The sent of wild flowers in the air remind you of a fresh start as weeping with joy you bid farewell to “W”.
:evil grin:, I just couldn’t resist.
Deborah, enjoyed your W humorous additions. Well Done both of you.
